In the off road world, every bolt we install has to be a minimum of a grade 8 (or 10.9 metric) and has to be properly "Shanked". Shanking is simply a bolt that the shank (unthreaded) portion of the bolt spans the entire distance of the opening including the tabs. When threads are cut in or rolled into the bolt, not only does it reduce the diameter of the bolt, it also adds a weak spot where the bolt will break.

By far our most popular upgrade. Originally designed to handle washboard roads better, however we quickly learned that the on road performance was also enhanced, the flutter stack softens and speeds up the first inch of travel on your shocks. The result is your shocks will absorb the small bumps and cracks far better than without the Flutter Stack.

Protect your lower shock rod ends with some real steel! Made from 10ga steel and fully welded & Powder Coated, these easy bolt on guards will protect the rod ends & the forward facing plastic guard bolt on your OE fox shocks. Fitment: 2010 to current F150 Raptors, New longer bolts & nuts included!

The rear shocks on the Raptor take a beating off road, and we have seen bent and rock damaged bolts too many times to count. Paying for OE bolts is crazy money, so we sourced replacement grade 10.9 (metric grade 8) bolts to replace the OE bolts. The bolts include new nylock nuts and washers.

Protect your rear shock shafts with a brand new plastic guard! These guards fit all 2010-2014 Ford Raptor OE Fox rear shocks. These guards take a beating out on the trail so from time to time they should be changed when damaged.

Our Stage 1 off road upgrade increases the compression side of the shock so it will handle the bigger bumps, washouts and terrain easier without bottoming out as easy. On the road, it's hardly noticeable especially when coupled with the Flutter Stack upgrade.

Building off the success of our Stage 1 upgrade, the Stage 2 off road upgrade for the serious weekend warrior. Like Stage 1, it increases the compression side of the shocks with a more aggressive and progressive shim stack to handle the bigger washouts, bumps and jumps. Stage 2 also benefits from adding the Flutter Stack option as well and helps to make it more on road friendly.

The front strut mount is a commonly overlooked wear item that is often the cause of the dreaded front end "Clunk" The center of the strut mount houses a bearing that does wear out, so it is a good idea to replace the strut mounts when installing new or rebuilt shocks. (Sold in pairs)

If you off road your truck, then Viton seals are a "Must Have". Viton handles the heat generated by the shocks when off road far better than the standard buna rubber seals. Just about every set of shocks 2.5" and larger from all the major manufacturers come with Viton seals, so why not your shocks! **Not recommended if temperatures get to or drop below -20° F.**
