1 c all-purpose flour 1 c old fashioned oatmeal ¾ c butter melted 1 c brown sugar ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 32 caramels ⅓ c half & half ½ c semi-sweet choco
Grease a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Blend the first 6 ingredients together.
Pat oatmeal mixture into prepared pan in an even layer.
In a saucepan melt caramels in ⅓ cup half & half together on medium heat, stirring frequently. Pour caramel over crumb mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 min at 325 degrees Fahrenheit or until crust is just turning golden brown on sides.
