Here at Forged Offroad we are always looking for new ways to improve the Gen1 Ford Raptor

Up till now, when your old shocks needed replacing, your only choices were to rebuild your OE shocks, buy new OE shocks($2,000) or step up to 3.0 shocks ($5000+)

We didn’t like the choices on the market, so we partnered with Radflo to develop  a 2.5″ OE Replacement coilover shocks.

All of the knowledge that we have gained rebuilding and improving on the OE shocks, was put into these 2.5″ shocks and made them adjustable so you can dial in your ride!

• High strength CNC Machined 6061 aluminum caps and rod ends
• Adjustable pre-load(height) on the front springs
• Remote Reservoir with Compression adjuster

Velocity sensitive valving automatically adjusts to terrain for improved control, handling and comfort

Radflo’s exclusive Freeflo™ racing piston utilizes adaptive damping technology to automatically match shock performance to surface conditions. Multi-stage compression and rebound damping characteristics can be independently customized to suit your vehicle setup and driving preferences.

So how do these 2.5″ shocks compare to the 3.0″ shocks on the market, and the answer is simple. There is no replacement for displacement as the 3.0’s have 60% more dampening area will always be better over long off road runs. The additional size of the 3.0’s will keep the shocks cooler longer so if you are running hours on end off road, the 2.5’s will fade before the 3.0’s. On the road, most people will notice zero difference between our 2.5’s and the current 3.0s on the market.
