What is your return policy?
Return any of our products within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must contain the original packaging, instructions & hardware. If the item has been installed on the vehicle or shows any damage we will not be able to give a refund. No returns on custom orders, custom shocks or any special order items. Shipping and handling may apply for returned items.
Do you ship internationally?
We DO NOT ship internationally(expect to Canada).
What if my package is delivered damaged?
We insure all of our packages and will process claims with the corresponding shipping company.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Cash and Gooooold. We also accept cashiers checks but we DO NOT accept personal checks(it only took one person to ruin that one).
Can I track my order once its shipped?
With every shipment we send out an email is sent to the email on record with tracking information so you can see where your package is and when it will arrive.
Why is it taking longer than expected?
Whether its rebuilding shocks or a fabricated part, everything is built to order and due to this can extend the wait time slightly. We always strive to deliver our products in a timely manner.
What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is $150 an hour.
